Agreement To These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of glamziq.com (the "Website") and the GLAMZIQ service (the "Service"). By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using the Website or Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use GLAMZIQ on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Your Account
Keep your sign-in details accurate, confidential and secure. You are responsible for the activity that happens in your workspace, so tell us promptly if you believe someone has gained access to your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Your Business And Your Clients
GLAMZIQ is a tool for running your beauty business — you remain the professional in charge. You control the information you and your clients place in GLAMZIQ, and you are responsible for your client relationships and for meeting your own legal, licensing, insurance and professional obligations, including the contracts you issue and any insurance your clients require.
Documents, contracts and templates available in GLAMZIQ are starting points for your own review and customization. GLAMZIQ does not provide legal, insurance or tax advice, and the Service does not replace your judgement on important business decisions.
Membership And Billing
GLAMZIQ is offered as a paid membership. Current pricing is shown on the Website before you join. Your membership renews for each billing period until it is ended, and your founder rate, where granted, remains yours for as long as your membership stays active.
Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, and their terms apply to the payment itself. You can end your membership at any time; fees already paid are handled as described at checkout.
AI Features
GLAMZIQ includes AI features that draft replies, reminders, schedules and other content, and that can act on your behalf within the permissions you configure in your workspace. You remain responsible for reviewing content where your settings require it and for the messages and actions carried out under your business name.
Acceptable Use
Use GLAMZIQ lawfully and respectfully. Do not:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or misuse other people's information;
- harass, threaten or spam anyone through the Service;
- interfere with the Service — probing, scanning, attacking or overloading it;
- access the Service to build a competing product, or copy its design or features;
- misrepresent who you are or use the Service under a false business identity.
Third-Party Services
GLAMZIQ works with third-party services you choose to connect — for example Google Calendar, payment providers and email delivery. Those services are governed by their own terms, and features that depend on them depend on those connections staying active and in good standing. We are not responsible for third-party services, though we will help you troubleshoot a connection.
Your Content And Ours
Your content — your text, images, documents and client records — belongs to you. You give us the limited permission needed to store it, process it and present it through the Service so GLAMZIQ can function, including showing it to the clients you share it with.
The GLAMZIQ name, wordmark, design and the Service itself are protected, and we grant you a limited right to use them while you comply with these Terms.
Service Availability And Changes
We work to keep GLAMZIQ available and to improve it, but we may add, change or remove features over time, and there may be periods of maintenance or interruption. Features that rely on third-party services or integrations you configure work only once those are connected.
Disclaimers And Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLAMZIQ disclaims warranties that are not stated in these Terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the membership fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Ending Your Membership
You can stop using GLAMZIQ and end your membership at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these Terms, the law, or puts other members or the Service at risk. When an account ends, we handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
