About This Policy

GLAMZIQ ("GLAMZIQ", "we", "us") is a business platform for bridal makeup artists, hairstylists and beauty teams. This policy explains what information we collect through glamziq.com (the "Website") and the GLAMZIQ service (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices available to you.

It applies to visitors to the Website, GLAMZIQ members, and the information members choose to keep in GLAMZIQ about their own clients. If you are a client of a GLAMZIQ member, that artist controls your information — see "Client Information" below.

Information We Collect

• Account and business details — your name, email address, business name and the settings and preferences you choose.
• Content you create — the services, pricing, clients, inquiries, estimates, contracts, invoices, messages, schedules and documents you add to your workspace.
• Information your clients provide — when someone submits an inquiry or uses an artist's client portal, the answers, messages, signatures and files they provide are stored for that artist's business.
• Payment information — membership and client payments are processed by third-party payment providers you connect or that are shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your customers' full card numbers.
• Usage information — basic analytics such as page views, link clicks and general device type.
• Integration information — if you connect a third-party service, such as Google Calendar or an email connection, we keep what is needed to keep it connected and use it only for the features you turned on.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to provide and maintain the Service, to communicate with you and — on your instructions and under your business name — with your clients, to operate the features you enable, to process membership billing, to keep the Service secure, and to understand how GLAMZIQ is used so we can improve it.

AI Features

GLAMZIQ includes AI features that can draft replies, reminders, schedules and other content. These features use only the conversation and business information needed to produce the draft you asked for, and they follow the permissions you set in your workspace. Where your settings require it, nothing is sent until you review and approve it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your clients' information to advertise to anyone.

How We Share Information

We share information only with the people and providers that help GLAMZIQ work:

• Service providers — hosting, email delivery, payment processing and AI processing providers that operate parts of the Service.
• Integrations you connect — information flows to a third-party service only when you connect it and only for the features you enabled.
• Legal reasons — when we are required by law or a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of GLAMZIQ, our members or others.

Client Information

Artists are responsible for the information about their clients that they and their clients place in GLAMZIQ. If you are a client of an artist who uses GLAMZIQ and you have a question about your information, want a copy of it, or would like it corrected or removed, please contact the artist you booked with — they control that information and can help you directly.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep information while your account is active so the Service keeps working. When you ask us to delete your account or information, we delete it, though some copies may remain in backups for a limited time before they are fully removed.

Your Choices

You can access, correct or delete information in your workspace at any time, and you can ask us for help through the Help & Support section of your workspace or through the contact details we provide to you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, and we will honour the requests we are required to honour.

Protecting Information

We take reasonable steps designed to protect the information entrusted to us. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Cookies And Local Storage

The Website and Service use browser storage and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand basic usage. We do not use them to track you across other websites for advertising.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as GLAMZIQ grows. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
